The Work of Art in the Age of
Mechanical Reproduction

I agree with a lot of what he was saying. Reproduced art loses something. Its not as special when everyone has it. I believe that nothing beats traditional art. There is a feeling that is there that no reproduction can copy. This is complicated because I think all people should have access to art but can that be done in a way that preserves the value of the original? The Mona Lisa is the best example because the original work still has a lot value and feeling. Just making copies of famous art work isn't the answer. As for what the answer is, I don't know.
